Candidate Profile:

Freshers
Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Graduates of 2016 & 2017 passed outs only can apply.
Should have strong knowledge of Windows Server
Must have strong knowledge of Windows/SQL Clustering
Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Lync.Strong knowledge of server virtualization platforms;
including Microsoft Hyper-V & Citrix – XenServer6Troubleshooting and Performance optimizations on these platforms.
Should be deployed or Managed a private cloud or public cloud
Must have good Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
Must have implementation and working of SCCM , SCOM , SCVMM .
Should provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to
customer queries over the voice based phone service
Should provide best support for customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services,
Healthcare and Technology vertical
Should troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
Must meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
Should clarify customer requirements probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
Must have basic computing skills Should be willing to work in a 24/7 environment
